ℹ️ General information
The TrumpActionTracker.info site documents "the actions, statements, and plans of President Trump and his administration that echo those of authoritarian regimes and may pose a threat to American democracy."
As of January 31, 2026, here are some high-level action statistics:
A great source of research for this topic is Trump Tracker. It was built specifically to track Trump's promises as it relates to housing.
The site tracks:
- Bills in Congress
- Affordability by region
- How many homes are available
- The bills and household costs that go into running a home (beef, Internet, coffee, sewer)
- Economic index to see if housing is more or less affordable (those goes back even through the Biden years)
All the data is wrapped up into the "big 3" data points:
- Supply
- Affordability
- Crash likelihood
As of January 31, 2026, housing is nowhere close to affordable:
A great source to help answer this question is Pew Research Center's page on Trump. The center conducted a new survey of 8,512 U.S. adults on January 20-26, 2026 and found:
"...across six key qualities and abilities needed to serve as president – more Americans express little or no confidence in Trump than say they are extremely or very confident in him."
Contributing factors include:
- 51% are not too - or not at all - confident that Trump has the leadership skills needed to serve as president
- 52% say they are not too - or not at all - confident he has the mental fitness to do the job
- 50% say they are not too - or not at all - confident he has the physical fitness to do the job
- 60% have little or no confidence Trump acts ethically in office
- 52% support few or none of Trump's policies

🧑⚕️ Health
For a great daily peek into Trump's mental and physical health, we strongly recommend you follow epistemiccrisis. He's a physical therapist with a doctorate in his field and 14+ years of experience in home health care, taking care of geriatric patients. He also used to be MAGA, and shares a series on his Instagram account on how he pivoted away from them. He believes Trump has 1-3 months left in the land of the living (as of February 2, 2026) due to allegedly having some combination of stroke/TIA (transient ischemic attack), Alzheimer’s disease, gonorrhea, kidney disease and more.
Some observations of note:
💎 February 24, 2026: During the State of the Union speech, Trump coughed up what looked like tonsil stones.
🛳️ February 23, 2026: While not a health concern necessarily, Trump claimed he was sending a medical ship to Greenland to take care of sick people. Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry even supported this claim, saying he wanted to "thank all of the doctors, nurses, and medical providers who have reached out interested in donating medical services for this mission." There are a few problems with this healthcare effort though:
- Greenland provides universal healthcare
- Nuuk and Danish officials deny any health care crisis
- The Mercy (aid ship) is in maintenance in Alabama and cannot be "on the way" as the president claimed
A nice breakdown of the president's statement - and problems with it - can be found at this Instagram reel.
- 🤬 February 7, 2026: Trump posted a racist video depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as apes. Trump told reporters, "I didn't make a mistake" when asked if he was going to apologize.
- 🚽 February 3, 2026: Instagram user iamsyntact has graciously done a forensic isolation of the shart sound heard during a recent Trump gathering.
- 🚽 February 2, 2026: Trump may have antibiotic-resistant gonorrhea.
- 🚽 February 2, 2026: Trump allegedly pooped himself during a meeting.
- ✋ February 1, 2026: The bruising on Trump's hands may not be from shaking other people's hands - video 1 | video 2
Trump has indeed promised to slash drug prices by 1,500% (folks with knowledge of basic math have reported that this is the equivalent of consumers being paid to take drugs). In February of 2026, Trump announced a Web portal with these heavily discounted medications.
However, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that_psych_np has observed that this site borrows heavily in features from that of GoodRx, except the prices are worse. For comparison:
However, TrumpRX has the absolute best price you can find on XenoFoba:

💸 Tariffs
There's a lot of confusion about tariffs, and in general the Trump administration has done a terrible job of explaining them. So allow Cards Against Humanity to try:
